Para Irish National Championships

Our first Para Irish Championships were held today at the Grove bowling green.

A good turnout of 20 players in total were in attendance, and they encountered a mixture of weather

conditions during the day’s play. Congratulations to all the players involved and a special thanks to

the directors who came along to help our VI bowlers.

A special mention should also be given to the staff at the Grove who had the green set up and everything

laid out inside on our arrival. Special thanks also go to Belfast City Council who provided funding through

the European City of Sport to enable us to hold this event along with our upcoming Singles competitions

being held in August.
